Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: We accept returns and issue refunds for items that are irreparably damaged (completely broken) upon arrival. To be eligible, you must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening, from start to finish, clearly showing the damage.
Time Frame: You must report the damage and send the required video within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Eligible Conditions: Items that are partially damaged, worn, or used do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at deepikapaul@thevintageboxindia.in with your order details and the 360-degree parcel opening video.
Approval: Once we receive and review your video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Approved Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
